It is not mind control! You, as the client at Caroline Back Hypnotherapy will ALWAYS be in control of your session. I cannot make you do something that you do not want to do. So, there will be no running around and dancing like a chicken, unless that is what YOU want!
Usually the changes will be in behaviours but can also be in attitudes and beliefs.
