And even better……it can be more effective than seeing me in person.

It’s not always possible for my clients to come and see me. I have clients from all over New Zealand and around the world which makes an in-person session all but impossible.

Here’s a few things to consider when looking to book a session with me via Zoom.

Your mind will naturally feel safest in its own home & in your own surroundings (if you are naturally anxious or suffer from social anxiety, online sessions are a great option for you). Your mind knows your space and feels most comfortable there. So you won’t be worried about having to cope in unfamiliar surroundings.

You also don’t have to worry about having to drive, negotiate traffic, running late,  follow directions or to find parking etc. All these can lead to an increase in your stress levels, which is the opposite of what we are trying to achieve.

Online sessions are easier to fit into your day. If you are a busy parent, working or running a business (or all three) you can have your session where it suits you best. At home, in your office or even in your car! (never if you are driving of course!).

All you need is a quiet place, somewhere where you won’t be disturbed. A good internet connection. A device that can have the Zoom app and a comfy place to sit or lie down.
