Promotion opens on 10 May 2023 and closes at 9pm on 18th June 2023. Open to anyone over the age of 16 as at the competition closing date.

You can receive one additional entry by tagging friends in the competition post on Facebook or Instagram.

Winner Notification

The Winner will be notified by 5pm, Tuesday 20th June 2023 via the email address or phone number provided on the entry form. If a winner can’t be contacted or doesn’t respond to correspondence by  5pm, Monday 26th June 2023 or are not able or available to accept the prize for any reason then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

The prize is one Emotional Release Weight Loss Programme with Virtual Gastric Band valued at $990. This includes:

• 5 x 1 hour hypnotherapy sessions
• All sessions to be completed by zoom or skype
• For best results the sessions are held weekly.
• Sessions to be booked with the winner at a mutually agreeable time.

The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred to someone else and is not exchangeable for cash or another item.

Prize to be redeemed from Monday 17th July 2023.

Conditions of Entry

1. When you enter the promotion you accept these Conditions of Entry and Competition Rules.
2. The Promotor reserves the right to exclude any person from the competition.
3. This Promotion is only open to people over the age of 16 as at the competition end date.
4. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Any expenses to attend the virtual sessions are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
6. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or anyone else as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition and/or vary rules at any time without prior notice.
8. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred to someone else.
9. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or another item.
